On Friday February 11, 2022 Mass211 joined in the national celebration of 211 Day. Mass 211 was joined by Lt. Governor Karyn Polito, Executive Office of Health and Human Services Secretary Marylou Sudders, Massachusetts Senate President Karen Spilka, City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky, Massachusetts State Senator Jamie Eldridge and Massachusetts State Representative Jack Patrick Lewis.
Mass 211 Day is a day to honor the hard work and dedication of the calltakers of the 24 hour Mass211 Information and Referral Line. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic Mass211 has received over a million covid-related phone calls from residents across the state.
